Appointment Guidelines

- You must wait in your car until I text you to come in
(I must fully sanitize & disinfect all surfaces Before and After each client)
 
- Put your mask on Before you enter the building
 
- Do Not bring Anyone with you to your appointment
 
- Do Not bring Any beverages or food into the studio
 
- No coats, big bags ect. Please limit the items you bring into the studio to phone, keys, wallet, small purse ~ anything that can fit on your lap.  
 
- As soon as you come into the studio, I will take your temperature with a no contact thermometer 
 
- If you have a temperature Or show any signs of being sick you will be asked to reschedule and come back after a 14 day quarantine

- You will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire about your recent health history.  (It’s not mandatory to tell me if you were at yesterdays protest or had a backyard party with over 50 people over the weekend but I Trust you will be honest with me).  By signing this health history questionnaire , I nor anyone affiliated with Sola, will not be held responsible if you are to contract Covid-19 at any time in the future. 
 
 
Pre-Booking

All clients are strongly recommended to pre book your next appointment before you leave if you do not already have a standing appointment.  Failure to do so, will result in me contacting all of the customers on my waitlist looking to get in my book

Late Fees

Due to the Corona Virus sterilizing and disinfection guidelines, I will not be able to take you if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment.  If you text me at your appointment time and you do not come in within 2 minutes, I will have to remove a step from your service in order for me not to run behind.  Example: you will get your fill in with a color but no nail art. Be Safe - arrive early and text me as soon as you get here.  If I have to reschedule your appointment, a late fee of $25 will be charged to your credit card

Cancellation Policy

Please give More than 24 hours in advance Notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment

>First time : 24 hours or less Forgiven

>Second time : $25 will be charged to your credit card

>Third time : $50 will be charged to your credit card 

>Fourth time : There isn't a fourth time

(Cancellation fees will be Wavered until September 2020 if you are feeling sick or someone in your household is sick and you need to cancel your appointment) 

No Show Policy

After a no show, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to your credit card.  

A deposit of $50 must be made in order to schedule another appointment after a no show

>Second No Show : 100% of your scheduled appointment will be charged to your credit card

>There are no third no shows

 

Terms:

There is a 3.5% Bank Processing Fee for all credit card transactions.

Deposits can be made via Venmo, Chase Direct, Pay Pal or in person at the studio.

Appointment secure deposits will be applied to your scheduled nail services.

Secure deposits must be received within 24 hours of booking the appointment.  If there is no attempt to secure the booked appointment, the appointment will be canceled.  

Deposits will not be returned if a cancellation or reschedule of the appointment is not made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date.

Clients that have an standing appointment and have passed all "The Firsts" will give up all of their future appointments in order to provide the opportunity for customers on the waitlist to get in my book.
