Before You Book

To ensure we schedule the appropriate amount of time for your service, all new clients must contact us before booking their first appointment to discuss their desired nail design.

Please email nailbarlounge@hotmail.com with inspiration photos or a description of the look you’d like to achieve. This consultation helps us recommend the correct service and appointment length.

Appointment Deposit

A $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service.

• Deposits may be made via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or in person at the studio.
• Deposits must be received within 12 hours of booking or your appointment may be canceled.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.
